Can I Use my HSA or FSA?

Depending on your plan and the service you receive, you may be able to use funds from your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) toward eligible Body by Barker services.

HSA and FSA eligibility can vary by plan and by the type of care or treatment. If you have questions about whether a specific service qualifies, we recommend checking with your HSA or FSA administrator.

The Body by Barker team can also help you understand which payment options may be available when you schedule your care.

Medical Management Plan

For patients ready to establish long-term health goals with Body by Barker, we created a medical management plan to keep payments simple. The monthly fee is $75 and can be discontinued at any time, but patients prescribed medication from our team must remain on this plan at all times unless they are no longer on medication.

Included in the Medical Management Plan:

Telemedicine or in-person visits with a medical professional every 2 months
Direct contact with clinical staff via office number (text or call) or our patient portal (with secure messages)
Invitation to our exclusive Body by Barker members-only weight-loss support group on Facebook
10% discount on all skincare products, hormone pellet therapy, IV vitamin therapy, and various aesthetic services (including chemical peels, laser hair removal, skin tightening, skin brightening, and superficial vein correction, BTL - body wellness services)
Unlimited resources and education for lifestyle changes that complement treatment and medications (diet, exercise, sleep hygiene, etc.) are available on the portal under "Labs and Documents" and in the "General Resources for All Patients" tab.
Advice on vitamin supplementation, nutraceuticals, and adjunctive over-the-counter treatments
InBody scans quarterly
Discount on Teeth Whitening

All patients who are prescribed medication through our office must be on this plan. By state law, prescription medications require active monitoring, medical management, and liability coverage by a medical professional. Individual plans may include medications from our clinic, one of our partner compounding pharmacies, or a local pharmacy.
